For over 25 years,  The Kilby Group, has been engaged in the field of residential real estate investment and development, commercial leasing and property management, project management and consulting. beginning in 1984, with its first acquisition of a mulct-family property until present, Lance M. Solimini, the founder of The Kilby Group, has been actively involved in all aspects of real estate management, leasing and investment. These experiences have spanned almost three decades and have included both domestic (local) and international projects and investments.

The primary focus of the Company during the past several years has been on increasing the size and value of its portfolio of mulct-family residential properties it owns all within the City of Woburn, MA. While it has been offered investment opportunities in other locales, the Company is committed, at this stage, to adhering to a model of investment and management developed by Mr. Solimini. One of the Company's key competencies is its knowledge of the local market in terms of investment and leasing values. It is with this knowledge and experience that The Kilby Group has consistently been able to command premium rents from high quality tenants. During the course of the past 25+ years the Company has experienced a near zero vacancy and default rate.
